RX08 HIGH FLOW UHP DIAPHRAGM VALVE

The RX08 Ultra High Purity (UHP) diaphragm valve was formely Model M8SI.

Our RX08 UHP Diaphragm Valves (or ultra-high purity diaphragm valves) are critical pressure control devices utilised in many clean applications by industries including semiconductor, food & beverage, pharmaceutical & medical and high-tech research & development. This latest addition to the Rotarex UHP product line is the first of it's kind threadless and springless design diaphragm valves for the highest level of purity and large CV sizes for high flow rates.

Our selection of Rotarex UHP diaphragm valves are all assembled, tested and packaged in Class ISO 4 cleanrooms as well as individually serialised for full traceability, giving you the confidence and control you need over your high purity systems. The RX08 valve has low, medium and high pressure versions, as well as various actuation types including multi-turn handwheel, quarter-turn handwheel and pneumatically actuated.

These valves can also be made available with open-close indicator (on multi-turn handwheel version) and are suitable for panel mounting.

There is no compromising when it comes to ultra-high purity gases – you will need a regulator that will suffice reducing the pressure on a UHP line safely and effectively.
