Cylinder Fittings and Nickel or PCTFE Gaskets

CGA/DISS cylinder connectors are used for connecting items of gas handling equipment (such as pressure regulators) directly to the cylinder valve outlet of a semiconductor/high-purity gas cylinder. We can offer the complete cylinder connection kit, including nipple, nut, blank plug and nickel gaskets.

To serve semiconductor and micro-electronics customers, Rotarex was among the first to design and manufacture high quality UHP cylinder valves. They are also committed to producing ultra high integrity (DISS) connectors for UHP applications.

We can also help with replacement cylinder gaskets, in nickel and PCTFE materials, for CGA DISS and other standards of connectors.
