Our variety of Micro fittings are available with controlled surface finishes, electropolishing and optimal cleaning according to SEMASPEC to meet UHP system requirements. Laser marking is including for full traceability, burr-free tube weld ends enhance square alignment and promote weld repeatability and radius junction allows for a smooth flow transition designed to eliminate pockets and entrapment zones. These Micro fittings provide compact UHP designs for use with orbital weld equipment.

With our range of Weld fittings we can provide two types of configuration for the weld section – with shoulder or without shoulder. Without shoulder is the optimal choice for butt welding using an automatic TIG welding machine, whereas with shoulder is better for tight spaces or difficult accessibility conditions.
