Our range of Ultra High Purity Pressure Transducers are state-of-the-art sensors that can be considered for semiconductor applications, such as flat panel display and photovoltaic industries, gas panels for OEM tools and specialty/bulk gas supply.

Our sensors are available with a range of UHP connection types including FaceSeal™ (VCR®), welding ends and surface mount. We can offer units with or without an integrated digital display, single-end or flow-through design and with ATEX/IECEx approvals.
