To this day, the GYROLOK® design offers unique advantages and benefits to users that are unmatched in the industry, especially for severe service applications.

Key Design Benefits:

Controlled Ferrule Drive and Sizing Angle - the only fitting with a mechanical safety stop to prevent against over tightening and allows for multiple remakes
Butt Seal - the only fitting to have an additional seal where the tube meets the fitting body, reducing dead space in the fitting, reducing the possibility of crevice corrosion attack and providing an extra level of protection against leaks
Special high tolerance NPT thread specification - ensures maximum thread engagement for a safer, more robust connection

Materials supported are 316 SS, MONEL®, INCONEL®, INCOLOY® 825, HASTELLOY® C, Titanium, Duplex 2205 SS, Super-Duplex 2507 SS, 254 SMO and Brass. Available in both Metric and Imperial sizes 3-38mm and 1/16-2” in multiple configurations.
