Technical Specifications:

• 316L stainless steel construction materials
• Electropolishing and passivation of the fluid paths
• Non-wetted screws in silver-plated 304 stainless steel
• Protection rings in PTFE as standard (other materials such as copper available)
• Assembled and conditioned in a Class 100 cleanroom
• Single packaging for 0.4 Ra, double packging with inert gas for 0.2 Ra
• Sealing tightness maintened from -100°C to +500°C (higher available on request)
