LPH UHP 250/375 Series for Ultra High Purity Gases

Taking our ever-popular and simplistic designed LPH series non-adjustable fixed flow switch for an example, as flow is established upward through the unit and continues to increase, the pressure differential across the grooved magnetic piston increases until it overcomes the small piston’s resistance. This causes it to progress fully upward which actuates the dry reed switch. This is a snap action and occurs in the decreasing mode as well.

The LPH-UHP-250/375 series is a fixed set point flow switch that has a predetermined calibration point, designed to act primarily as an ultra high purity gas flow switch. This LPH series is another great addition to extensive portfolio of ultra high purity products for many clean applicaitons and ultrapure environments.

This model is available with 1/4" or 3/8" Tube OD weld/tube stub connections as standard and has a selection of pre-set calibration ranges. As standard, flow ranges can be set at 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 SLPM, all calibrated with Nitrogen (N2) gas at 100 PSIG.
